She is an actress and producer, known for Transformers: Age of Extinction, Resident Evil: Retribution and Detective Dee: The Mystery of the Phantom Flame. Li's first big break came in 1999 when she played a kindhearted cop in the film "Seventeen Years" (过年回家). This film won her the Best Asian Actress award in the 2000 Singapore International Film Festival. In 2009, she was named a WWF Earth Hour Global Ambassador.
